Adrian Ježina

Telemach Croatia, Chairman of the Management Board

Adrian Ježina is Telemach Croatia’s CEO and one of the most experienced leaders in the region when it comes to telecommunications and digital transformation. He built his career through international management positions in the ICT sector and joined United Group in 2017 as CEO of Telemach Slovenia. Since 2021, he has also been leading Telemach Croatia, to which he has been fully dedicated since the end of 2023. Under his leadership, the company has undergone one of the fastest and most complex transformations in the market, integrating Tele2, Optima Telekom, and Total TV into a single convergent company, while making strong infrastructure investments in the national 5G network, 10 Gbps optical internet, and the innovative EON TV platform. Adrian holds an MBA and has completed programs at Harvard Business School and London Business School, further enhancing his management expertise. A former professional water polo player and two-time European club champion, he now actively contributes to the sport as President of the Executive Board of VK Jadran Split and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Croatian Water Polo Federation.
