General terms and conditions – Investments Forum 2026.
Article 1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the relationship between participants and the organizer of the Investments Forum 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Forum”), organized by DELTA FORUM d.o.o., Bijenički ogranak III. 11, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 53710863572, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb, MBS 081640778 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). The Investments Forum 2026 will take place on April 23, 2026, at the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel.
By registering to participate, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. By accepting these Terms, the participant confirms that they are acting within the scope of their business, trade, or professional activity and therefore are not considered a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws. The participant also confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms and register for the Conference on behalf of a legal entity, where applicable.
Article 2. Eligibility
The Forum is intended for legal entities and individuals engaged in economic activity, with a focus on investment, real estate, finance, and project development sectors. The Organizer reserves the right to reject an application if the participant does not meet the specified criteria.
Article 3. Registration
Registration for the Investments Forum is carried out exclusively via the official online form available on the website https://www.investments-forum.com/. Upon receiving a registration, the participant will receive a payment offer (pro forma invoice) containing all relevant payment details, including the reference number, which must be indicated when making the payment. A reservation is considered valid only after the full registration fee has been paid.
Payments must be made based on the provided offer, and participation in the Forum is possible only after the Organizer has recorded the payment. The Organizer reserves the right to reject a registration in case of delayed, incomplete, or incorrect payment or incorrect information provided during registration.
The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or errors made during the registration process. Personal data collected during registration is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Participants must present their accreditation, obtained at the registration desk at the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel on the day of the Forum, to access the event.
Article 4. Payment Terms
The registration fee must be paid by bank transfer to the Organizer’s account:

An invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added according to the applicable Croatian legislation.
Article 5. What the Registration Fee Includes
The registration fee amount depends on the payment date and the price levels specified for each period before the Forum. Prices and discounts are published on the website https://www.investments-forum.com/, which also hosts the registration system. Listed prices or discounts are not valid if the payment is made after the specified deadlines. For payments made within 48 hours before the Forum, proof of payment must be presented at the registration desk upon arrival. VAT is not included in the registration fee amount.
The registration fee includes:
– Access to the entire official Forum program (lectures, panels, workshops)
– Access to networking sessions and the digital networking platform
– Refreshments and lunch on the day of the Forum
– Conference materials and a certificate of attendance
The registration fee does not include:
– Travel expenses
– Accommodation costs
– Other personal expenses
Article 6. Cancellations and Substitutions
Participants may receive a full refund of the registration fee if the cancellation is submitted in writing no later than March 23, 2026. After this date, refunds will not be issued. However, substitutions are permitted if notified in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the Forum. Partial attendance, late arrival, or early departure does not entitle the participant to a partial refund.
Article 7. Program Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to change the program, schedule, or speakers without prior notice if necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, security risks), the Forum may be held in an alternative format, including online, and participants will be duly notified.
If the Forum is cancelled by the Organizer (e.g., due to force majeure, earthquakes, insufficient number of participants, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control), the paid registration fees will be refunded. This does not apply to other costs incurred by participants. The Organizer will notify all registered participants of a cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled start of the Forum.
Article 8. Photography and Recording
During the Forum, photography, filming, and the collection of promotional materials may take place. By participating, attendees consent to the use of photographs and recordings for documentation and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must explicitly notify the Organizer before the event. Related notices and details are available in the Privacy Policy on https://www.investments-forum.com/.
Article 9. Personal Data Processing
The Organizer undertakes to process participants’ personal data in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation. Data will be used solely for the purposes of organizing the Forum, communicating with registered participants, and, with consent, informing them about future events.

Article 11. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable due to a change in circumstances, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The participant and the Organizer shall strive to resolve such issues amicably, respecting the purpose and mutual intent of this agreement.
For all matters not covered by these Terms, written agreements between the Organizer and the participant (if any) and the substantive law of the Republic of Croatia shall apply. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if that is not possible, the competent court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
