Andrej began his career in 2002 in the United States as a financial analyst at Sodexho Inc. In 2003, he joined Hrvatski Telekom as an Assistant in the Office of the Management Board Member for Finance, where he was responsible for treasury and corporate finance activities. He later moved to the Strategy Department, becoming a member of the team in charge of the strategic planning process for all members of the T-HT Group. In 2007, he became a Member of the Management Board of Platinum Invest, an investment fund management company, in which he held an ownership stake until the end of 2008, when he sold his share and assumed the position of Director of Corporate Finance within Erste Group, responsible for the Croatian market, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital increases, and financial restructuring projects. At the beginning of 2010, he founded Grubišić & Partneri, a financial advisory firm specializing in corporate finance. Andrej is responsible for deal origination, project conceptualization and structuring, supervision and coordination of execution, quality control, client advisory, and ensuring all prerequisites for the successful closing of transactions. From 2004 to 2018, Andrej served as a Professor of Finance at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management at both undergraduate and MBA levels. Since 2017, he has also been a lecturer in finance at the Luxembourg School of Business.
