Ante Marić is the Managing Director and co-founder of Atellior, an international architectural studio with more than 50 employees in Zagreb and London, specializing in the comprehensive development of hotel projects—from initial feasibility analyses and urban planning to architecture, interior design, and support during construction.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development of numerous prominent hotel projects across the Adriatic region and Europe. Among the most notable are Ikador Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa in Opatija (2019), art’otel Zagreb for Arena Hospitality Group (2023), and SIRO Boka Place, a hotel in the final stage of development within Porto Montenegro, whose concept received the AHEAD Awards 2025 award for the most innovative hotel concept.

He is currently leading several hotel and resort projects across the Mediterranean, including Marina Resort Cavtat near Dubrovnik, a development featuring a 5★ hotel with a marina, Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Kvarner Bay in Novo Vinodolski (opening planned for 2026), and Hotel Bristol Tangier in Tangier for Eagle Hills.
