Domagoj Juričić

Domagoj Juričić, MPA, is an expert in political risk management, public policy, and regulatory reform, with experience at the highest levels of public administration and international institutions. He has participated in projects aimed at improving regulatory frameworks and reducing administrative burdens in more than 20 countries worldwide. He previously served as a diplomat. He held the position of Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic of Croatia, was Vice President of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, and served as State Secretary in the Government of the Republic of Croatia, where he led major regulatory reform initiatives, including the regulatory guillotine project (HITROREZ), the HITRO.hr system, and broader efforts to improve the investment climate.
He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Zagreb. He completed a specialization in Transformational Leadership at George Washington University in the United States, regulatory impact assessment studies at the College of Europe in Belgium, and further education in international law, politics, economics, and management at the International Business Management Institute in Germany. He is a member of the international organization the New Paris Club.
