Vladislav Veselica graduated in 1994 from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. He began his professional career in the private sector in the field of petroleum products sales, subsequently focusing his professional development on sales and logistics, petrochemicals, as well as financial and investment oversight. After gaining extensive experience in managerial positions in the private sector, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, he returned to the oil industry in 2012, joining the Commercial Affairs Department of JANAF. In 2014, he was appointed Director of the Commercial Affairs Department.

In February 2024, he was appointed Member of the Management Board of JANAF (Jadranski naftovod d.d.) for a new four-year term. He is the author of several professional papers and articles. He is also a member of the Economic Council of the Croatian Economic Association and a member of the Executive Board of the Croatian Swimming Federation. In addition, he is a karate practitioner holding a 1st Dan black belt and a multiple national swimming champion in both senior and veteran categories.
